    2. Personal snacks – parents have donated bananas, apples, oranges, granola bars, and peanut butter crackers. Each student-athlete should also bring something *healthy* for lunch so they can eat it during the biggest lull in their schedule
    3. Spike shoes (if necessary) with tool and spikes (if you have them)

    7. Sweatshirt and warmup pants
    8. Warm hat/headband to cover ears/gloves – to keep warm when waiting for events

    10. Sunglasses/Sun/baseball hat – sunglasses cannot be worn during competition, but are fine between events
    11. Full change of clothes
    12. Extra socks (running in wet socks if it rains is miserable. One pair per event is a good way to prepare)
    13. Something to do in the down-time (homework!!!, books to read, etc.) – do not expect to find an outlet to plug in electronics/phones in to recharge during the day.

We had great weather for our first week of conditioning practices! We now have additional communications systems up and running. If there was incomplete (or unreadable :-) data, you are welcome to add yourself directly:
  • Remind101 - @NHSTF - you can use the app or just text @NHSTF to 81010 to be added and get time-sensitive text messages during the season
