Weekly Average Time Log
  • Every week you should be submitting your average run times for your 3-4 miles. If you have a watch, you can keep up with your time on your own, but please submit your average time. If you do not, I will call out your run time to you for you to track or you can use a running partner with a watch.
  • I highly recommend purchasing a watch that has a stopwatch feature- Walmart has some really cheap ones that will do the trick!
